ROWIL, NIVO & AASYS
Three specialized partners collaborated on the development of the new 2025 measurement platform. Rowil acted as the main contractor and was responsible for project management and the production of the metal components. Nivo designed the mechanical platform and handled the complete technical engineering. AASYS developed the software and electrical control system and was responsible for the integration of the various systems. Thanks to this collaboration, a modern and efficient measurement platform was created that is ready for future-oriented applications.
EUROSTARS & VLAIO
With the support of VLAIO through the Eurostars programme, we collaborated with Belgian and Italian partners to develop the next generation of aerodynamic testing technology.
The project resulted in a fully dynamic wind tunnel capable of measuring rider movement, aerodynamics, thermoregulation and environmental conditions in real time. Today, this technology helps professional athletes, manufacturers and ambitious cyclists make better, data-driven performance decisions.
The AEROTHERM project also brought together the expertise of several leading partners, including Bioracer. Using our advanced testing facilities, Bioracer was able to further optimize the balance between aerodynamics and heat management in cycling apparel.
